Your speaker is Naomi Honey
Naomi is an experienced life coach and facilitator (CPCC, ACC) who runs her own professional coaching business. After spending over a decade immersed in the frenetic, always-on corporate culture of the modern business world, Naomi realised that her blinkered focus on her work life was coming at the expense of who she was. From her viewpoint as a business consultant at FTSE, she watched on as countless sparky, innovative colleagues lost their energy and vitality, becoming ground down by the relentless pressures of work and life. However, by way of an unconventional stumble (or leap) into the urban sport of parkour, Naomi came to realise there was another way to live. By building her life outside of work and doing the things that brought her joy, ignited her passion for life, and were perhaps less conventionally ‘adult’ pastimes, she realised she was simultaneously investing in her professional advancement. In the process, her energy levels had been supercharged and her career development boosted.
For Naomi, this was a serendipitous discovery. Now, she specialises in steering others along the same path, helping them succeed and using her coaching skills to guide them towards a life where stress and burnout don’t reign supreme.
