Our massage therapist, Dorothy Kovacs, is also a Pilates instructor and she provides one-to-one Pilates sessions or can provide a combined Pilates & Massage session.


Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.

Our massage therapist, Dorothy Kovacs, is also a Pilates teacher and can offer one-to-one Pilates sessions. These are available either as an individual 40-minute Pilates appointment, or as a 60-minute appointment which includes Pilates and a massage session – see the Prices section below for further details.
