We are conveniently located in the the Lloyd’s building on Lime Street, in the City of London. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm, so you can access the physio treatment you need at a time and place that suits your working day.

Whether you’re based near Leadenhall Market, or the Gherkin, or work elsewhere in the city, it’s really easy to find us; we are based in the Lloyd’s Building, upper basement level. Simply follow the escalator down from Lloyd’s main reception and follow the signs to our wellbeing centre.

All visitors coming to Lloyd’s should be aware of the security and dress code policies:
- A pass is required for entry to the Lloyd’s Building. If you require a Visitors Pass in order to attend your appointment at the Wellbeing Centre, please let us know so that we can arrange this for you.
- All visitors must bring photo ID with them; for example, a passport, driving licence, or other photo ID. All bags will be searched on arrival.
- Dress code is smart business dress; Suits or smart jackets, trousers and ties for men, and smart business style for women.
