Counselling

One-to-one counselling with our professional and highly qualified psychologists.

Counselling is a type of talking therapy that allows a person to talk about their problems and feelings in a confidential and dependable environment. A counsellor is trained to listen with empathy (by putting themselves in your shoes). They can help you deal with any negative thoughts and feelings you have.

Stress Management

Focusing on managing stress and optimising resilience & wellbeing, these sessions are designed to help you improve your performance, to stay focused, and to keep stress in control when under pressure. You will be taught how to recover effectively from stressful periods, how to incorporate proactive stress management strategies into your routines, and how to develop skills to allow you to perform and make calculated, reasoned decisions while operating under pressure.

Just three or four one-to-one sessions can make a significant difference to an individual’s health, wellbeing and performance – an enormous benefit to those working within a high-pressure business environment.

Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy (or Relationship Therapy) can be just for yourself in a one-to-one environment, or for yourself and your partner to discuss issues with the aid of a therapist.

This is a type of psychotherapy in which a therapist with clinical experience working with couples helps two people involved in a romantic relationship gain insight into their relationship, resolve conflict and improve relationship satisfaction.

Unsure about psychology services, or whether you really need to talk to someone or not?

Why not try a one-off “Talk It Over” session? These last 50 minutes – plenty of time for you and the psychologist to briefly talk over your issue and to allow you to gain an insight as to what can be gained from professional counselling services.

  • ONE-OFF ‘TALK IT OVER’ SESSION (50 minutes): £80.
  • SESSIONAL ONE-ON-ONE COUNSELLING (50 minutes): £110 per session.
