The Lloyd’s Wellbeing Centre is conveniently located in the heart of the City of London, in the Lloyd’s building. If you don’t have a pass for the building, then we can arrange one for your pre-booked appointment. We are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm (and some Saturday mornings too), so you can access the treatment you need at a time and place that suits your working day.

Whether you’re based near Leadenhall Market, or work elsewhere in the city, it’s really easy to find us. We’re in the Lloyd’s Building, upper basement level – the same floor as The Old Library. Simply follow the escalator down from Lloyd’s main reception and follow the signs to our wellbeing centre.

All visitors coming to Lloyd’s should be aware of the security and dress code policies:
- A pass is required for entry to the Lloyd’s Building. If you require a Visitors Pass in order to attend your appointment at the Wellbeing Centre, please let us know so that we can arrange this for you.
- All visitors must bring photo ID with them; for example, a passport, driving licence, or other photo ID. All bags will be searched on arrival.
- Dress code is smart business dress; Suits or smart jackets, trousers and ties for men, and smart business style for women.
